Creditor Protection

Within approximately one week after declaring bankruptcy or filling a proposal, Creditor protection takes affect. Creditor protection means that it's against the law for creditors to continue calling you once Doyle Salewski has taken control of the situation. Your creditors are notified in writing that creditor protection is now in place and no more calls to the debtor are permissible.
